How do multiple profiles work?
What a beautiful thing - a home full of artists! Your whole family can save their individual progress with up to 5 profiles on the same Simply Draw account. Just make sure to create an account with your email.
How do I create profiles for my family?
Getting started is simple. When you first install the app, you'll then create your first profile.
To add more profiles:
Press your avatar at the top left corner of the app
Then, click "Add Profile"
Do I need to share any login details?
To log in to a shared subscription, you'll need to share your email address and 4-digit code with your other family members. There's no password to share - just your email, which is all they need to sign in and pick their own profile.
The 4-digit code never expires, so they only need to enter it once per device. It's not the same as sharing a password, so your subscription and account stay secure.
Can I use the profiles from my other Simply subscriptions?
Of course! Just make sure you're logging in with the same e-mail address as the one associated with your subscription. Here are some more details.
I'm currently on a Draw-Only Plan. Can I still share my subscription?
Yes! All Simply Draw-only subscriptions include premium access for up to 5 profiles on the same account. It just means that those profiles are limited to Simply Draw.
👉 Heads up: There's no Duo Plan for Simply Draw. The only way to get multi-app access is the Family Plan.
If you're looking for access to other Simply apps too, you'll need a Family Plan. How to switch depends on where you are in your current subscription:
🗓️ Your subscription is expiring soon (or has already expired)
Turn off your auto-renewal so it doesn't renew, then once your current plan has expired, download Simply Piano or Simply Guitar and subscribe to the Family Plan through that app 🙌.
⏳ You still have a lot of time left on your subscription (e.g. several weeks or months)
Don't just turn off auto-renewal, you'd end up paying for both your Draw subscription and a new Family Plan at the same time. Instead, get in touch with us and a teammate will cancel your current subscription from today with a pro-rated refund, so you can switch to the Family Plan straight away without double-paying.
