How to use Simply Draw with my other Simply subscriptions

💡 Simply subscribers with a Family Plan enjoy access to all of our apps within one subscription!

Here’s how to make sure you’re all set up (and what to do if things aren’t working as expected).


✅ Is Simply Draw included in my subscription?

Yes - if you're on a Family Plan!


That means if you’ve subscribed to Simply Piano, Guitar, or Sing using the Family Plan option, you already have access to all our apps, including Simply Draw.


🔐 How do I access Simply Draw?

Just make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used to subscribe to your Simply Family Plan.

You can check which email you're logged in with in most apps by going to:
​Settings > My Account


🛠️ I have a Family Plan, but can't access Simply Draw

No worries — this is usually just a login mix-up. Try this:

  1. In Simply Draw, tap your Avatar (top left)

  2. Go to Settings > Log out

  3. Tap Sign In (next to “Get Started”)

  4. Log in using the same email address as your Family Plan subscription

Once you’re logged in with the correct email, you should see “Premium Account” at the top of the Settings screen. If it says “Free Account” or “Expired Account”, you're still not on the right email.


❓What if I'm not on a Family Plan?

If you’re on an Individual plan, you won’t be able to access our other apps just yet. But it’s easy to switch!

🟣 If you have a Simply Draw or Simply Sing subscription:

  • Cancel your current Individual subscription

  • Download one of our other apps (Simply Piano or Simply Guitar)

  • Subscribe to the Family Plan through that app to get full access to all our apps 🙌

🟡 If you have a Simply Piano or Simply Guitar subscription:

  • Open the app you’re using

  • Go to Menu > Get Family Plan

  • Follow the steps to upgrade

Once you're on the Family Plan, you’ll unlock Simply Draw automatically (along with our other apps)!
