đĄ Simply subscribers with a Family Plan enjoy access to all of our apps within one subscription!
Hereâs how to make sure youâre all set up (and what to do if things arenât working as expected).
â Is Simply Draw included in my subscription?
Yes - if you're on a Family Plan!
That means if youâve subscribed to Simply Piano, Guitar, or Sing using the Family Plan option, you already have access to all our apps, including Simply Draw.
đ How do I access Simply Draw?
Just make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used to subscribe to your Simply Family Plan.
You can check which email you're logged in with in most apps by going to:
âSettings > My Account
đ ď¸ I have a Family Plan, but can't access Simply Draw
No worries â this is usually just a login mix-up. Try this:
In Simply Draw, tap your Avatar (top left)
Go to Settings > Log out
Tap Sign In (next to âGet Startedâ)
Log in using the same email address as your Family Plan subscription
Once youâre logged in with the correct email, you should see âPremium Accountâ at the top of the Settings screen. If it says âFree Accountâ or âExpired Accountâ, you're still not on the right email.
âWhat if I'm not on a Family Plan?
If youâre on an Individual plan, you wonât be able to access our other apps just yet. But itâs easy to switch!

Open the app youâre using
Go to Menu > Get Family Plan
Follow the steps to upgrade
Once you're on the Family Plan, youâll unlock Simply Draw automatically (along with our other apps)!
