⚠️ Uninstalling or deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. First, you'll need to follow the steps below.
To cancel your subscription and stop it from renewing after the current period ends, just follow the steps below ⬇️. The same steps also work to cancel your free trial and avoid being charged (as long as you cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends).
But if you're canceling because of an issue with the app, speak to us first, as we'd love to solve it for you!

1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click the gear icon ⚙ on the top right corner of the page to view your account
3. Click Payments
4. Then click Automatic Payments
5. Select the JoyTunes merchant (or Simply by JoyTunes) and click Cancel
6. Follow the instructions to cancel the subscription
Important: What happens when you cancel?
Canceling your subscription does not stop it immediately
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
You’ll continue to enjoy full access until that date
After that, your subscription will end, and you won’t be charged again
👉 This means that in most cases, plan changes take effect after your current subscription ends.
