This article will show you how to:

I'm new, how do I create an account?

  1. To create an account, tap Menu () > Settings > Create Account (or if you don't see 'Settings', head straight to Menu () > Create Account)

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Enter the 4-digit code which will be sent to that same email address. If you don't receive the code, check other email folders such as 'Spam', 'Promotions', 'Ads' etc.

Note: To login to Simply Piano, you will only ever need your email address and the 4-digit code, which we will email to you anytime you need to login again 🤩


How do I log into a new phone/tablet? How do I log back in after reinstalling?

  1. Press 'Already a Member' just below 'Get Started' on the opening screen of the app

  2. Enter the original email you used as your login


How can I see which email I used to log into my other device?

  1. On your other phone/tablet, go to Menu () > Settings > My Account* (or if you don't see 'Settings', head straight to Menu () > My Account)

*If you see Anonymous written on the My Account page, that means the account wasn't linked to an email address and you'll need to add one to open your progress on another phone/tablet. Just press the edit icon to add an email.


I logged out by mistake, how do I log back in?

  1. Tap Menu () > Settings > Create Account (or if you don't see 'Settings', head straight to Menu () > Create Account)

  2. Enter the original email you used as your login
