Log in on Multiple Devices

You can open your Simply Piano progress & subscription on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously.

How do I login on my new device?

Once you install Simply Piano on your new phone/tablet, tap the "Already a Member" button on the app's opening screen.

Then, log in with the same email address you used before for Simply Piano.

💡 We recommend you first double-check which email you used on your previous device. Go to Menu > Settings > My Account* on the previous device to see the email address used.

*If you see Anonymous on the 'My Account' page, this means the account was not linked to an email address, and you will not be able to open your progress on another device. On the original device, press the pencil (iOS) or click 'Change Email' (Android) to register an email to see your progress and subscription across devices.


Using Apple ID to Log In

If you originally signed up using Sign in with Apple, your Simply Piano account is connected to your Apple ID - not a regular email address.

To log in on a new device:

  1. Tap Sign in

  2. Select the Apple icon

  3. Log in using the same Apple ID you used when you first signed up

💡 Important: Your new iPhone or iPad must be signed in with the same Apple ID for this to work.


Using a Different Apple ID?

If the devices your family members are using aren’t signed in with your Apple ID (for example, your children, or a family member in a different household), they won’t be able to log in using Apple, and we strongly recommend against sharing your Apple ID, as it could affect other Apple purchases and services on their device.

The easiest solution is to add a regular email address to your Simply Piano account. Once you have one, anyone you share it with just needs that email and the 4-digit code (sent to that email) to log in, with no Apple ID needed.

Here’s how to add an email address:

  1. Open Simply Piano on your original device

  2. Go to Menu > Settings > My Account

  3. You'll see the email address on your account

    👉 👀 If the email looks like something@privaterelay.appleid.com, it means you chose Hide My Email when signing up with Apple.

  4. Tap the pencil icon (iOS) or select Change Email (Android)

  5. Add your email address

Once added, you can log in on any device using that email.

I'm on a Family Plan. Can we all use different devices?

You sure can! 🎉 Just make sure that each member of the family uses the same email address to log in, and then they should press Menu > Switch Profiles to switch to their profile.

The account can be used on multiple devices at the same time, so each family member can move forward at their own pace.
