For Apple purchases:
Make sure your device is logged onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.
Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.
You will be prompted to confirm switching to get to the subscribed account. Just confirm that to switch to the account the subscription is on 💪
For Direct Credit Card or PayPal Purchases:
⚠️ Already had the app before purchasing? If you had already logged into Simply Piano before buying on our website, try this first: force close the app and reopen it. This allows the app to sync with your online purchase and should unlock your subscription straight away.
For all other issues, open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Have a Question?
Send us your email and a screenshot of your purchase receipt and our Support Team will take care of this in less than a Minute Waltz ⏱️
For Google Play Purchases:
Make sure your device is logged onto the same Google Play account that purchased the subscription ✅
Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.
Your subscription will be applied to the account you are logged into, which you can check in the app under Menu > Settings > My Account.
Bought a subscription but can’t use it on your account?
If you already have a Simply Piano account and purchased a new subscription without logging in (or under a different email), your subscription may be linked to a different, temporary or anonymous account.
In this case, restoring purchases may not work.
Please contact us and include:
The email on your existing account
Where you made the purchase (Apple, Google Play, Direct Credit Card or PayPal)
Your Order ID or a screenshot of your purchase receipt
We’ll help locate your subscription and move it to the correct account.
