Reconnect to your Subscription

We've got this - you'll be back to playing with full access to all our awesome courses and features in no time! A few quick steps will help you get back to the account with your subscription 🤩

For Apple purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription. 

  2. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.

  3. You will be prompted to confirm switching to get to the subscribed account. Just confirm that to switch to the account the subscription is on 💪 


For Direct Credit Card or PayPal Purchases:

  1. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Have a Question?

  2. Send us your email and a screenshot of your purchase receipt and our Support Team will take care of this in less than a Minute Waltz ⏱️


For Google Play Purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Google Play account that purchased the subscription ✅ 

  2. Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases.

  3. Your subscription will be applied to the account you are logged into, which you can check in the app under Menu > Settings > My Account.


Bought a subscription but can’t use it on your account?

If you already have a Simply Piano account and purchased a new subscription without logging in (or under a different email), your subscription may be linked to a different, temporary or anonymous account.

In this case, restoring purchases may not work.

Please contact us and include:

  • The email on your existing account

  • Where you made the purchase (Apple, Google Play, Direct Credit Card or PayPal)

  • Your Order ID or a screenshot of your purchase receipt

We’ll help locate your subscription and move it to the correct account.
