Apple doesn’t allow app companies to process refunds on our own for you, but don’t worry, you can request a refund from Apple with just a few quick steps 😉
Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password
Tap or click "I'd like to"
Choose "Request a refund"
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
Choose Simply Guitar, then choose Submit

Begin Google Play’s refund flow: Google Play refunds
Tap your avatar in the top-right corner > check you’re logged in with the correct account
Press "Continue" > then "Confirm"
Select your Simply Piano purchase > tap "Continue"
Select a reason for the refund > tap "Continue"
Describe the reason in more detail > tap "Request refund"
Payments made through the Google Play Store are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
