Request a Refund for Simply Sing

If you'd still like a refund, the steps are below. (If you were searching for steps on how to turn off the subscription renewal, see here).

Apple (App Store) purchases

  1. Go to Apple's problem reports page:

  2. Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

  3. Tap or click I'd like to

  4. Choose Request a refund

  5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next

  6. Choose Simply Sing, then choose Submit

Android (Google Play) purchases

You can request a refund from Google Play with just a few quick steps 🙃

  1. Begin Google Play’s refund flow: Google Play refunds

  2. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner > check you’re logged in with the correct account

  3. Press "Continue" > then "Confirm"

  4. Select your Simply Sing purchase > tap "Continue"

  5. Select a reason for the refund > tap "Continue"

  6. Describe the reason in more detail > tap "Request refund"

If you have any trouble, please reach out to our team through the app. Payments made through the Google Play Store are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
