⚠️ Uninstalling or deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. First, you'll need to follow the steps below.
To cancel your subscription and stop it from renewing after the current period ends, just follow the steps below ⬇️. The same steps also work to cancel your free trial and avoid being charged (as long as you cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends).
But if you're canceling because of an issue with the app, speak to us first, as we'd love to solve it for you!

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad 📱
Tap your name
Tap on Subscriptions and choose Simply Sing
Tap on "Cancel Subscription"

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device 📱
Tap the profile on the top right to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
Tap on the Account, followed by Payments & Subscriptions
Select Simply Sing
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Contact our support team, either through the app or via e-mail (sing@hellosimply.com) and we'll get that canceled for you 💪
Important: What happens when you cancel?
Canceling your subscription does not stop it immediately
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
You’ll continue to enjoy full access until that date
After that, your subscription will end, and you won’t be charged again
👉 This means that in most cases, plan changes take effect after your current subscription ends.
