If you're having trouble accessing your paid subscription, your Order ID can help us to verify your subscription so we can quickly resolve any account or billing issues. Your Order ID is also required for requesting refunds or restoring purchases through Apple or Google.
iOS: Finding your Order ID
To find the Apple Order ID for a Simply subscription, follow these steps:
On your iPhone/iPad
Open the Settings app
Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
Go to Media & Purchases, then tap View Account (sign in if prompted)
Tap Purchase History
Locate the Simply subscription in the list and tap it to view your Order ID
The Apple Order ID typically begins with “M-” and is 10 characters long
Using a computer
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Log in with your Apple ID
Locate the Simply subscription in your purchase history and view the Order ID
Check your receipt
Search your email inbox for a receipt from Apple with the subject line such as "Your Invoice from Apple." The order ID is included in the receipt details.
Google Play: Finding your Order ID (GPA number)
To locate your Google Play GPA ID for a Simply subscription:
On your Android device
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile photo > Payments & Subscriptions
Select Budget & History or Purchase History to find your transactions
View the relevant Simply subscription purchase to see a GPA ID (starts with “GPA”)
Using a computer
Open pay.google.com
Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase
Review your transaction history to locate the Simply subscription and its GPA ID
Troubleshooting and Alternative Methods
Can’t find the receipt? Double-check the email account associated with your Apple or Google ID. Use the search term "Simply" or "Joytunes" to locate the purchase confirmation.
Issues with free trials: Even during a free trial period, an Order ID is generated and can be found in your purchase history.
Transaction not showing up: If the purchase does not appear in Purchase History, ensure that you are logged into the correct Apple/Google account that made the purchase.
