Cancellation of your renewal
When purchasing a subscription via Sweetwater, the subscription wonât auto-renew so you don't have to worry about canceling it, it'll expire on its own. Feel free to contact us if youâd like to know the date that your subscription ends.
Requesting a refund
If your subscription was purchased via Sweetwater, be sure to reach out to Sweetwaterâs support team to submit your refund request.
