How can I change the email address associated with my subscription?

How to update the email address linked to your Simply subscription

If you would like to use a different email address to the one you used for the original purchase, all good! Just log in to the relevant app and then follow these steps:

🎹 Simply Piano

  1. Tap Menu > Settings > My Account (or if you don't see 'Settings', tap Menu > My Account)

  2. Tap the pencil icon to change your email address

  3. Tap Done

🎸 Simply Guitar

  1. Tap Menu > My Account

  2. Tap edit to change your email address

  3. Then tap Continue
