Use your Account on Multiple Devices

Want to log in on your phone and your tablet? Or maybe one device is iOS and the other one is Android? Great news, you can play with them all! πŸ™Œ

To open your Simply Piano progress & subscription on multiple devices, install the app on your new phone/tablet and make sure to press the "Already a Member" button. Then, log in with the same email address you used before for Simply Piano.

To be sure you log in with the right email, go to Menu > Settings > My Account on a device you're already logged into to see the email address that you used.

πŸ‘† If you don't see the 'Settings' option from the above steps, head straight to Menu > My Account to check for the email address.

I'm on a Family Plan, can we all use different devices?

You sure can! πŸŽ‰ Just make sure that each member of the family uses the same email account to log in, and then they should press Menu > Switch Profiles to access their profile. The account can be used on multiple devices at the same time so different profiles can progress at the same time.
