Want to log in on your phone and your tablet? Or maybe one device is iOS and the other one is Android? Great news, you can play with them all! π
To open your Simply Piano progress & subscription on multiple devices, install the app on your new phone/tablet and make sure to press the "Already a Member" button. Then, log in with the same email address you used before for Simply Piano.
To be sure you log in with the right email, go to Menu > Settings > My Account on a device you're already logged into to see the email address that you used.
π If you don't see the 'Settings' option from the above steps, head straight to Menu > My Account to check for the email address.
I'm on a Family Plan, can we all use different devices?
You sure can! π Just make sure that each member of the family uses the same email account to log in, and then they should press Menu > Switch Profiles to access their profile. The account can be used on multiple devices at the same time so different profiles can progress at the same time.
