Apple (App Store) purchase 🍏

Our team would love to help you process a refund directly, but Apple doesn't give us access to manage your subscription or request refunds. But don’t worry, you can request a refund from Apple with just a few quick steps πŸ˜‰

  1. Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  2. Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

  3. Tap or click "I'd like to"

  4. Choose "Request a refund"

  5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next

  6. Choose Simply Draw, then choose Submit

You can also speak directly with Apple Customer Support.

Heads-up: Requesting a refund will also cancel your subscription, which means you'll lose Premium access once the refund is granted.
