Apple (App Store) purchase ๐Ÿ

Our team would love to help you process a refund directly, but Apple doesn't allow app companies to manage your subscription or process refunds on our own for you. But donโ€™t worry, you can request a refund from Apple with just a few quick steps ๐Ÿ˜‰

  1. Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  2. Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

  3. Tap or click "I'd like to"

  4. Choose "Request a refund"

  5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next

  6. Choose Simply Draw, then choose Submit

You can also speak directly with Apple Customer Support.

Refund requests typically take Apple 24-48 hours to review and approve, with refunds taking several additional business days to appear in the original payment method. Heads up: Apple's usual refund window is 30 to 60 days from the date of the original charge.

Android (Google Play) purchase ๐Ÿค–

You can request a refund from Google Play with just a few quick steps ๐Ÿ™ƒ

  1. Begin Google Playโ€™s refund flow: https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244

  2. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner > check youโ€™re logged in with the correct account

  3. Press "Continue" > then "Confirm"

  4. Select your Simply Draw purchase > tap "Continue"

  5. Select a reason for the refund > tap "Continue"

  6. Describe the reason in more detail > tap "Request refund"

Credit card or PayPal purchase ๐Ÿ’ณ

If you'd like a refund for your credit/debit card or PayPal purchase, please reach out to our team through the app by tapping on your Avatar > Settings > Contact Us and we'll look into that for you.

Payments made by credit/debit card or PayPal are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5โ€“10 business days, although processing times can vary.

  • If your refund doesn't display within the expected timeline, it might be due to delays in third-party approval or banking systems.

  • In cases of credit card payment reversals, the original charge may simply disappear from your statement, as if the transaction never occurred! Your bank or card issuer can verify this.

  • Once canceled and refunded, your premium access will end (although your progress will be saved incase you choose to resubscribe one day ๐Ÿ˜Œ)
