Why you're not getting updates on iOS 14 or earlier

We’re always working to make Simply Piano more fun and full of new, shiny features. To make this happen faster, we’ve had to say goodbye to iOS 14 and earlier.

Here’s what this means for you:

  • You can still use the app with older iOS versions — everything will continue to work just fine 🥳

  • You won’t see new updates in the App Store — your current version will stay as-is on your device.

  • To enjoy the latest features, content, and improvements, we recommend upgrading your Apple device to iOS 15 or later.

We know change can be a hassle, but upgrading will make sure you continue to get the best music learning journey we can offer 💜

A few notes

**Although not fully supported, Simply Piano and Simply Guitar should also work with Google Chromebooks, delivering a very similar experience to Android.

***We do not support our apps on Amazon Fire tablets, so you may run into bugs or issues if you try to use them there. Some learners have had success on their Amazon devices by downloading from the Google Play app instead of the Amazon App Store.

****Simply Sing is not officially supported on iPad, but we know that some learners have had success making it work there. If you do try, note that it may not deliver the best experience.
