If you see an “Error Downloading Asset” message, it usually means there’s a small hiccup with your connection or device setup. Let’s fix it together 👇
1. Check your internet connection
Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or have a stable mobile data signal.
If things seem slow or unstable:
Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
Restart your router or turn Airplane Mode on and off to refresh your connection.
2. Restart the app and your device
Sometimes a quick reset is all it takes.
Close the app completely and reopen it.
If that doesn’t help, restart your device to clear out any temporary issues.
3. Check storage and updates
Make sure your device has enough free space for downloads.
Update your operating system to the latest version if available.
4. Reinstall the app (if needed)
If the steps above don’t solve it, try reinstalling the app.
