Error Downloading Assets

If you see an “Error Downloading Asset” message, it usually means there’s a small hiccup with your connection or device setup. Let’s fix it together 👇


1. Check your internet connection

Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or have a stable mobile data signal.
If things seem slow or unstable:

  • Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.

  • Restart your router or turn Airplane Mode on and off to refresh your connection.


2. Restart the app and your device

Sometimes a quick reset is all it takes.

  • Close the app completely and reopen it.

  • If that doesn’t help, restart your device to clear out any temporary issues.


3. Check storage and updates

  • Make sure your device has enough free space for downloads.

  • Update your operating system to the latest version if available.


4. Reinstall the app (if needed)

If the steps above don’t solve it, try reinstalling the app.
