My subscription was purchased through Sweetwater. How do I activate it?

Activate your Sweetwater Simply Piano or Simply Guitar subscription

*Please note that this information applies only if you bought your subscription through Sweetwater*

To activate your Simply subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to: https://simply-piano.hellosimply.com/sweetwater-redeem

  2. Enter your email address and subscription code (this should have already been emailed to you when you made your purchase with Sweetwater)
    ​

  3. Download and open the Simply Piano or Simply Guitar app

  4. Select the “ALREADY A MEMBER” button
    ​

  5. Log in to your account using your email address

  6. Enter the 4-digit code which will be sent to that same email address. If you don't receive the code, check other email folders such as 'Spam', 'Promotions', 'Ads' etc.
