If you find that the app is lagging or freezing, let's get that sorted for you! πͺ Here are a few quick steps to help fix it:
Go to your device's Settings App to clear the app cache and data for Simply Piano (don't worry, this won't affect your progress at all)
Delete and reinstall Simply Piano (before you do this, just be sure to check which email you're logged into in the app under Menu > Settings > My Account as you'll need to log back in with the same email after you reinstall).
If the issue continues, let us know by tapping Menu > Settings > Have a Question in the app. Be sure to include details about where in the app this is happening and what you're experiencing, as that will help us look into it further and find a fix.
