Step 1: Force close the app and reopen it
This can typically solve lagging or freezing issues in the app, or any other unusual behavior you might notice.
Step 2: Clear the cache and data for Simply Piano (don't worry, this won't affect your progress at all)
Go to your device's Settings app (not the Settings in Simply Piano)
Navigate to Apps > select Simply Piano
On some devices, you might then have to tap Storage
Tap to clear cache and clear data
If steps 1 & 2 don't work: Delete and reinstall Simply Piano
Before you do this, just be sure to check which email you're logged into in the app under Menu > Settings > My Account as you'll need to log back in with the same email after you reinstall.
If the issue continues, let us know by tapping Menu > Settings > Have a Question? in the app. Be sure to include details about where in the app this is happening and what you're experiencing, as that will help us to find a fix.
