Charged during your Free Trial

πŸ’‘ Heads up: Not all of our plans include a free trial β€” so if you're looking for one, make sure to check the purchase screen for details before subscribing.

Oh no, we're so sorry you were charged when you didn’t expect to be! πŸ™ˆ Our free trials are designed to give you time to explore all the premium features before committing. But keep in mind:

πŸ‘‰ All free trials are set to auto-renew, which means they turn into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

πŸ‘‰ Sometimes, time zones or app store processing times can sneak in and cause a hiccup, which is why we always recommend canceling your trial at least one day before it ends.

But no worries, we've got your back! Let's get that taken care of for you. πŸ’ͺ

Just follow a few quick steps to get that refunded:

Apple (App Store or iTunes) purchase

  1. Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  2. Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password

  3. Tap or click "I'd like to"

  4. Choose "Request a refund"

  5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next

  6. Choose the app, then choose Submit

You can also speak directly with Apple Customer Support.

Android (Google Play* or Credit Card) purchase

Please reach out to our team through the app by tapping Menu > Settings > Have a Question? and we'll take care of it for you. πŸ™Œ

*If you started a free trial through Google Play, you may see a pending charge on your bank account near the end of your trial. As long as your subscription is canceled before the last day of your trial period, that pre-authorized charge will be removed. 😊

If you're still experiencing an issue, we recommend contacting Google Play directly.

Note: Google calls this an 'authorization' that needs to be canceled rather than a refund.
