Here are tips to get that taken care of for you to start learning:
If you're making a credit/debit card purchase...
First, let's make sure we've got the right card info or try a different card. You received an invoice in your email and if you open that, you'll see the option "Pay online". Press that and you can enter the correct card details or switch to a different card.
You can also get more details from your card provider about what happened there.
And as always, you can also talk to us 🤗 Send us a message through the app and we'll help you take care of that error so you can get started playing (Tap Menu > Settings > Have a Question?).
