What to do if your purchase fails or is declined when trying to subscribe to Simply Piano

My payment failed or was declined - what should I do?

Just when you wanted to get going with the piano! Don't worry - we're happy to help you get set to learn. 😊

If you're making an App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) purchase
Here are tips to get that taken care of for you to start learning:

If you're making a credit/debit card purchase

First, let's make sure we've got the right card info, or try a different card. You should have received an invoice in your email, where you'll see the option to 'Pay online'. Press that and you can enter the correct card details or switch to a different card. πŸ’ͺ

Still receiving an error?

You can also get more details from your card provider about what happened there.

Note: Apple and Google Play do not support purchases in every country. These are the countries that Apple supports and these are the countries Google Play supports 🌐

How can I request a refund or cancel my renewal?
