Not sure if your subscription is active? On an iOS device, you can check your account status in just a few taps.
Check your subscription status (iOS devices)
There are two checks you can do to see if your subscription is active.
First check:
Tap the Menu. Do you see a "Join Simply" button at the top?
No, I don't see "Join Simply" → you have an active, paid subscription ✅
Yes, I see "Join Simply" → there’s no active subscription on this account
Second check:
Tap Menu
Scroll to Settings
Tap My Account
Right above your email, you’ll see your account status:
Premium Member → you have an active, paid subscription ✅
Not Subscribed or Expired Member → there’s no active subscription on this account
Check your subscription status (Android devices)
Tap the Menu. Do you see a "Go Premium" button towards the top?
No, I don't see "Go Premium" → you have an active, paid subscription ✅
Yes, I see "Go Premium" → there’s no active subscription on this account
Seeing the wrong status?
If you expected to have an active, paid subscription but don’t see it:
Make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to subscribe
Tap Menu > Settings > Restore Purchases - this usually fixes the issue 🔄
