We know the internet can be a busy place - and some websites might look like they’re connected to Simply, even when they’re not.
Here’s an easy guide to make sure you’re on an official Simply site.
🧭 The golden rule
If the website address ends with hellosimply.com, it’s one of ours 💜
That includes our main site and lots of helpful sub-pages, like:
👉 As long as the part before the first / says hellosimply.com, you’re good to go.
🤔 “This looks like Simply… is it?”
Not every website that mentions Simply or our apps is run by us - even if it looks familiar.
If the address doesn’t end with hellosimply.com, it’s not an official Simply website. (Website names can be a little sneaky sometimes!)
💳 Signed up somewhere else?
If you bought a subscription on a website that doesn’t end in hellosimply.com, that subscription isn’t with Simply.
In that case, the best next step is to reach out to the support team of the website you signed up with - they’ll be able to help with your account and billing questions.
