Don't worry - your progress is safe, as long as you're not on an anonymous account with us! 🎉 All your learning history and app progress is saved to your Simply account, not your device.
👉 Step 1 - Check your email is linked to your account:
Menu > Settings > My Account
Is your email address there? All good!
Is the email field blank? Tap the pencil icon to enter your email :)
When you reinstall the app, just log back in with the same email address and your progress will appear right where you left off.
👉 Step 2 - Reinstall the app:
Delete the app from your device.
Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app, tap Already a member?, and sign in the same email address.
Enter the 4-digit code that we sent to your email.
That’s it - you’ll be back on track in no time!
