Issues receiving or using your 4-digit sign-in code

When you sign in to Simply, we’ll send a 4-digit code to your email. Think of it as your key to unlock the app on any device.


🔍 Didn’t get your code?

Try these quick checks:

  • Look in your spam, junk, promotions, or ads folders (sometimes the email gets filtered)

  • Search your inbox for “account verification code”

  • Double-check that you entered the right email address - the same one linked to your Simply account

  • Try signing in with any other email addresses that you may have used by mistake


📱 Using your code

  • Your 4-digit code never changes or expires. You can use the same code on as many devices as you like.

  • You’ll only need to enter it again if you log out or reinstall the app.


🍎 Signed in with Apple?

If you originally signed in using Apple (instead of an email address), you won't receive a 4-digit code by email — you'll need to use the Apple sign-in button instead.

  • On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Apple instead of entering an email address.

  • If you chose to hide your email when signing in with Apple, you'll see a private relay address in your account (e.g. random123@privaterelay.appleid.com). This is expected — just use the Apple sign-in button to log back in.

In rare cases (like if your account was recently updated or moved), things may take a little longer to settle. If you still can’t sign in after trying the steps above, just reach out to us - we’ll be happy to check your account and get you back in.
