⚠️ Uninstalling or deleting the app does not automatically cancel your trial. First, you'll need to follow the steps below.
If you signed up for a free trial and you don't want to be billed for a subscription, cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends. This will make sure that you aren't ever charged.
For App Store Purchases 🍏
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name
Tap on Subscriptions and choose Simply Draw
Tap on "Cancel Subscription"
Having trouble canceling your trial?
Just let us know! Our team can look up your account with the email registered in the app or the details on your receipt. Contact our support team, either through the app or via e-mail (draw@hellosimply.com) and we'll get that canceled for you 💪
