Great news! You can open your Simply Sing progress & subscription on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously 🙌
How do I login on my new device?
Once you install Simply Sing on your new phone/tablet, make sure to press the "Log in" button (top right) on the opening screen of the app.
Then, continue by logging in with the same email address you used before for Simply Sing.
💡 We recommend you first double-check which email you used on your previous device. Go to Profile > Account to see the email address used.
Using Apple ID to Log In
If you originally signed up using Sign in with Apple, your Simply Sing account is connected to your Apple ID - not a regular email address.
To log in on a new device:
Tap Log In (top right)
Select the Continue with Apple option
Log in using the same Apple ID you used when you first signed up
💡 Important: Your new iPhone or iPad must be signed in with the same Apple ID for this to work.
Using a Different Apple ID?
If other devices you’re using aren't logged in with the same Apple ID, you won’t be able to log in using Apple.
📩 In that case, just let our team know. We’ll help you add a regular email address to your account, which you'll then be able to use to log in smoothly across all your devices.
💡 Simply Sing is supported on iPad, but it may not deliver the best experience. Using a mobile device is best!
