Great news! You can open your Simply Sing profile on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously π
To open your Simply Sing progress & subscription on a new device, after installing the app, make sure to press the "Log In" button (top right). Then continue by logging in with the same email address you used before for Simply Sing.
π‘ We recommend you first double-check which email you used on your previous device. Go to Settings/Profile > Account to see the email address that you previously used.
*Simply Sing is not officially supported on iPad, but we know that some learners have had success making it work there. If you are moving to an iPad, note that it may not deliver the best experience.
