How to use Simply Sing with my other Simply subscriptions

Here’s how to make sure you’re all set up (and what to do if things aren’t working as expected).

Yes - if you're on a Family Plan!

That means if you subscribed to Simply Piano or Simply Guitar using the Family Plan option, you already have access to all our apps, including Simply Sing.

💡 Heads up: A standalone Simply Sing subscription only gives you access to Simply Sing - it doesn’t include access to our other apps.

Simply Sing subscriptions can include up to 5 profiles, but they don’t provide access to our other apps.

If you’d like one subscription that works across all of our apps, you’ll need a Family Plan purchased through Simply Piano or Simply Guitar.

Just make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used to subscribe to your Simply Family Plan.

You can check which email you're logged in with in most apps by going to:
​Settings > My Account

No worries - this is usually just a login mix-up. Try this:

Once you’re logged in with the correct email, if you go to Profile > Account you should see your status set to “Premium” or "Family". If it says “Free Account” or “Expired Account”, you're still not on the right email.

If you’re on an Simply Sing-only plan, you won’t be able to access our other apps just yet.

If you want a Family Plan (which includes all of our apps 🤗), it's easy to switch!

Once you're on the Family Plan, you’ll unlock Simply Sing automatically (along with our other apps)!
