Log in on Multiple Devices

You can open your Simply Draw progress & subscription on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously.

How do I login on my new device?

Once you install Simply Draw on your new phone/tablet, make sure to press "Sign in" (next to "Get Started") on the opening screen of the app.

Then, continue by logging in with the same email address you used before for Simply Draw.

💡 We recommend you first double-check which email you used on your previous device. Go to Avatar > Settings on the previous device to see the email address used.


Using Apple ID to Log In

If you originally signed up using Sign in with Apple, your Simply Draw account is connected to your Apple ID - not a regular email address.

To log in on a new device:

  1. Tap Sign in

  2. Select the Apple icon

  3. Log in using the same Apple ID you used when you first signed up

💡 Important: Your new iPhone or iPad must be signed in with the same Apple ID for this to work.


Using a Different Apple ID?

If other devices you’re using aren't logged in with the same Apple ID, you won’t be able to log in using Apple.

📩 In that case, just let our team know. We’ll help you add a regular email address to your account, which you'll then be able to use to log in smoothly across all your devices.
