You can open your Simply Draw progress & subscription on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously.
How do I login on my new device?
Once you install Simply Draw on your new phone/tablet, make sure to press "Sign in" (next to "Get Started") on the opening screen of the app.
Then, continue by logging in with the same email address you used before for Simply Draw.
๐ก We recommend you first double-check which email you used on your previous device. Go to Avatar > Settings on the previous device to see the email address used.
Using Apple ID to Log In
If you originally signed up using Sign in with Apple, your Simply Draw account is connected to your Apple ID - not a regular email address.
To log in on a new device:
Tap Sign in
Select the Apple icon
Log in using the same Apple ID you used when you first signed up
๐ก Important: Your new iPhone or iPad must be signed in with the same Apple ID for this to work.
Using a Different Apple ID?
If the devices your family members are using arenโt signed in with your Apple ID (for example, your grandchildren or a family member in a different household), they wonโt be able to log in using Apple, and we strongly recommend against sharing your Apple ID, as it could affect other Apple purchases and services on their device.
The easiest solution is to add a regular email address to your Simply Draw account. Once you have one, anyone you share it with just needs that email and the 4-digit code (sent to that email) to log in, with no Apple ID needed.
Here's what to do:
Open Simply Draw on your original device
Tap your Avatar (top left) โ Settings (top right)
You'll see the email address on your account. If it looks like something@privaterelay.appleid.com, that means you chose "Hide My Email" when signing up with Apple
Get in touch with us and let us know the email address you'd like to use โ we can't edit this from inside the app yet, so our team will update it on your behalf
Once we've updated it, you can share that email (and the 4-digit code) with your family
