If you're making a credit/debit card purchase...
Please send us a message through the app and we'll help you take care of that error and get started playing (Tap Menu > Settings > Have a Question?).


Please note Apple and Google Play do not support purchases in every country. These are the countries that Apple supports and these are the countries Google Play supports.

If Simply Piano isn't the right fit for you, you can request a refund, or cancel your subscription renewal.
