How do multiple profiles (Family Plan) work?
With a Family Plan, your whole family can save their individual progress with up to 5 profiles on the same account, so everyone can track progress, learn at their own pace, and enjoy all of our apps together under one subscription. Just make sure to create an account with your email, and your family members just need to login with that same email address.
Each family member can also install the apps on their own devices, making it convenient for everyone to learn independently.
When subscribing, simply choose the Family Plan option. It includes full access to 5 premium profiles and all of our apps.
How do I create profiles for my family?
Getting started is simple. When you first install the app, you'll create your first profile.
To add more profiles:
1. Tap Menu > then tap Manage
2. Then, tap Add Profile
Always select the correct profile before starting a session to ensure progress is saved to the right account.
⚠️ Adding a new profile does not automatically upgrade your plan. Make sure your subscription supports the number of profiles you want.
Do I need to share any login details with my family members?
To log in to a shared subscription, you'll need to share your email address and 4-digit code with your other family members. There's no password to share, just your email, which is all they need to sign in and pick their own profile.
The 4-digit code never expires, so they only need to enter it once per device. It's not the same as sharing a password, so your subscription and account stay secure.
💡 Troubleshooting Tip: If family members cannot access the subscription, ensure they are logging in with the email address linked to the original subscription. On the original device, tap Menu > My Account to verify the email.
Can I use the profiles from my other Simply subscriptions?
Of course! Just make sure you're logging in with the same e-mail address as the one associated with your subscription.

I'm currently on an Individual Plan. How can I upgrade?
To upgrade, head to Menu > Get Family Plan and follow the steps to switch. You’ll unlock 5 premium profiles with full access to all our apps! 🙌
When upgrading, your Family Plan will begin right away (or after your trial ends), and you’ll only pay for the upgrade, not double. More details about upgrading can be found here. If you keep your Family Plan active, it will renew at the same price unless you cancel or change plans.
