Don't worry, we'll get you back to your guitar lessons. Your subscription is saved to the account you created in Simply Guitar.

Separate from your Apple ID, you need to be logged into this account in the app (including on additional devices) to access your subscription.

  • Tap Menu () > My Account to see which account you used to log in

  • Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used to purchase your subscription (if not, please log in with the correct account)

  • If you can't find the email address you're account is on, just tap on "Restore Purchases"
