Log in on Multiple Devices

Want to log in on your phone and your tablet? Or maybe one device is iOS and the other one is Android? Great news, you can play with them all! ๐Ÿ™Œ

To open your Simply Guitar progress & subscription on multiple devices, install the app on your new phone/tablet and make sure to press the "Sign In" button next to "Already a Member" in the top right corner of the screen. Then, log in to your account with the same email address you used before for Simply Guitar.

To be sure you log in with the right email, go to Menu > My Account* on a device you're already logged into to see the email address that you used.

*If you see Anonymous on the 'My Account' page, this means the account was not linked to an email address and you will not be able to open your progress on another device. Just press 'Edit' to register with an email and you will be able to preserve your progress and use your account across devices.


Using Apple ID to login

When you first signed up, if you used the Apple sign-in option, your account is connected to your Apple ID, not your regular email. This means that if you're using Simply Guitar on more than one device and theyโ€™re not all signed in to the same Apple ID, that could cause issues.

๐Ÿ“ฉ Just let us know, and weโ€™ll help add an email to your account so you can log in across all devices smoothly.


I'm on a Family Plan. Can we all use different devices?

You sure can! ๐ŸŽ‰ Just make sure that each member of the family uses the same email account to log in, and then they should press Menu > Manage (top right) to switch to the relevant profile. The account can be used on multiple devices at the same time, so different profiles can progress at the same time.
