Let's start with what exactly you need:
How do I log back in?
If you are logged out of your account, you will see Guest after tapping on Menu (☰).
Just follow these steps 😊
Tap Menu (☰)
Tap on Sign Up
Enter the email you used to sign up
You'll receive a 4-digit code to that same email, which you'll have to enter when prompted. If you don't receive the 4-digit code, please check other folders in your inbox such as 'Spam', 'Promotions', 'Ads' etc.
Note: You do not need a password to login to Simply Guitar. You will only ever need your email address and the 4-digit code, which will be re-emailed to you anytime you need to login again.
How do I log into a new device? How do I log back in after reinstalling?
Press 'Sign In' in the top right corner of the screen
Enter the original email you used as your login
How can I see which email I used to log into my other device?
On your other phone/tablet, go to Menu > My Account*
*If you see Anonymous written on the My Account page, that means the account wasn't linked to an email address and you'll need to add one to open your progress on another phone/tablet. Just press the 'edit' button to add an email.
