π Enable Microphone and Speech Recognition Permissions
Open Settings
Tap Privacy & Security
Tap Microphone > Toggle Simply Sing microphone access to ON
Go back
Tap Speech Recognition > Toggle Simply Sing speech recognition to ON
* Don't see these settings at all? This could be related to parental controls. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > make sure Simply Sing has access allowed for Microphone and Speech Recognition.
π Turn Sound Recognition Off
Open your device's Settings app
Tap Accessibility
Turn the Sound Recognition toggle OFF
π€ Android:
π Enable System-Level Microphone Permission
Open Settings
Tap Security & Privacy
Tap Additional Privacy Controls
Toggle on microphone access
π Grant App-Specific Microphone Permission
Open Settings
Tap Apps
Tap Simply Sing
Tap Permissions
Tap Microphone and make sure permission is set to Allowed
