Merging Accounts or Updating Your Simply Email

Need help combining your accounts into one? We’re happy to help! 🎉

⚙️ Here’s how it works

  • Whether you have an Individual Plan or a Family Plan, we can merge accounts into one main account

  • We can move across your subscription and all - or just some - profiles (including their progress)

  • On a Family Plan, up to 5 profiles can stay premium

  • On an Individual Plan, you can still move over all profiles, but only one will remain premium (others will appear as basic with limited content)

💡 Heads up: The aim is for only one active subscription to remain after accounts are merged. If you have active subscriptions on any other accounts, make sure to cancel or refund those so you don't get charged twice.


↔️ Common reasons for merging

  • Accidentally creating two accounts

  • Making a purchase on the wrong email

  • Wanting all profiles and progress under one subscription

  • Having a Family Plan but another family member also created their own account separately, and now you’d like everything under one family plan :)


✨ What if you no longer have access to your old email?

No problem! We can also help if your subscription is linked to an email address you can’t access anymore. In that case, just contact us and we’ll update your account to your new email for you.

💡 If you can still log in with your old email, you can update your email address yourself - here’s how to change your email in the app.


But if you can’t log in because you no longer have access to that inbox (where we send your login code), just reach out and we’ll update it for you.
