Profiles let every member of your family enjoy their own personalized journey 👨👩👧👦. Everyone can draw at their own pace, use different devices at the same time, and keep their own progress safely saved ✨
Adding profiles
To add a profile:
1. Tap your Avatar > then tap Add Profile
2. Select your avatar, add your name & age, then tap Create Profile
Now, every family member is ready to begin their drawing journey! If you have any issues with subscription transfers or other account features, force close and reopen the app to refresh profile updates.
Deleting Profiles
To delete a profile:
1. Tap your Avatar > then click Settings
2. Tap Edit profiles
3. Press the pencil icon on the relevant profile ✏️
4. Press Delete profile in the top right corner
5. Confirm that you want to delete this profile by typing “DELETE” and clicking Delete Profile.
⚠️ ‼️ When a profile is deleted from your account, we cannot restore it. If you have this profile in our other apps Simply Piano, Simply Guitar or Simply Sing, it will also be deleted there, along with your progress in those other apps.
💡 Deleted a profile by accident? While we can’t recover the original progress, we may be able to recreate some of your progress in a new profile. Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help!
Reset Your Progress
Simply Draw doesn't have a built-in option to reset your progress directly, but creating a new profile gives you a completely fresh start. To do this, go to your Avatar > Add Profile. You can also delete your original profile afterward if you'd like to remove the old progress entirely.
