Reconnect to your Subscription

For Apple purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.

  2. Open Simply Sing and tap the Profile > Restore Purchases.

  3. You will be prompted to confirm switching to the subscribed account. Just confirm that to switch to the account the subscription is on 💪

For Google Play Purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Google Play account that purchased the subscription ✅

  2. Open Simply Sing and tap the Settings > Restore Purchases.

  3. Your subscription will be applied to the account you are logged into, which you can check in the app under Menu > Account.
