Reconnect to your Subscription

We've got this - you'll be back to singing with full access to all our awesome courses and features in no time!

For Apple purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.

  2. Open Simply Sing and tap the Profile > Restore Purchases.

  3. You will be prompted to confirm switching to the subscribed account. Just confirm that to switch to the account the subscription is on πŸ’ͺ

For Google Play Purchases:

  1. Make sure your device is logged onto the same Google Play account that purchased the subscription βœ…

  2. Open Simply Sing and tap the Settings > Restore Purchases.

  3. Your subscription will be applied to the account you are logged into, which you can check in the app under Menu > Account.
