Simply Draw is freezing or crashing

If Simply Draw is freezing, crashing, or running slowly, don’t worry - this is usually quick to fix! Try the steps below for your device. 💪

1. Close and reopen the app
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-tap the Home button), then swipe Simply Draw away. Open it again and see if that helps.

2. Restart your device
Turn your device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. This often fixes small glitches.

3. Check your storage
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
If you have less than 1 GB free, try clearing some space - low storage can cause crashes.

4. Update the app
Open the App Store and check if there’s an update for Simply Draw.

5. Check your connection
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, especially if lessons aren’t loading properly.

6. Reinstall the app (last step)
Before deleting the app, make sure you know which email you use to log in (Profile > Settings), so you can sign back in afterward.
