Lagging and Freezing Issues

Try this first: Force close the app and reopen it

  • This can typically solve lagging or freezing issues in the app, or any other unusual behavior you might notice.

If that doesn't work: Delete and reinstall Simply Draw

  • Before you do this, just be sure to check which email you're logged into in the app by tapping on your Avatar > Settings as you'll need to log back in with the same email after you reinstall.

If the issue continues, chat to us in the app by tapping on your Avatar > Settings > Contact Us, or email draw@hellosimply.com. Be sure to include details about where in the app this is happening and what you're experiencing, as that will help us to find a fix.
