First, make sure you’re logged in to Simply Draw with the same email address you used for purchasing
If you signed in with your Apple ID and you chose to hide your email, you'll need to keep logging in with your Apple ID instead
If you're still not seeing premium access, tap on your Profile (top left) > then tap Settings (top right) > and then 'Restore Purchase', this should do the trick!
